One of my favorite daily routine read, Cocoperez.com, posted something which I already read few days ago from my once-a-while read, Bryanboy.com. I saw some itchy similarity.

This is one of the greatest question (and issue) in fashion world. Is it a copy, or maybe Perez is just late?

Firstly, I want to comment on BB's timing, )1.26 a.m. So precise, isn't it? Well, this one is what I like about blogging. You can beat world-class media in term of timing of publishing something by blogging. And I hate my webs.com because they round the timing to 5 minutes basis instead of one.

The thing is, Cocoperez, or Perez Hilton, who's many many many times being the first for breaking news, now seems much late to post it. The posting is not something that easily out-of-date, but still. While BB tells us about (miss)pronunciation of Proenza Schouler, Yves Saint-Laurent, Comme des Garçons, Burberry, Giorgio Armani, Salvatore Ferragamo, Prada, Bvlgari, Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, Chanel, Hermès, Givenchy, and Aeropostale, one more time CocoPerez disappoints me with less information; Gucci, Versace, Chanel, and, first-on-BB, Proenza Schouler.

As I said before, is Cocoperez just late, or coppying? Now the laptop is turned around or what, Perez reading Bryan and following him?

In almost everything in the world, even more in fashion reporting and media, somebody who reports first will become the star. A designer who releases a particular design takes the bow. A company that gets its brand registered first gets the brand and the trademark. In a worse case, a follower can face a serious issue by following others; counterfeits, fakes, etc. In blogging world, where everything is (supposed to be) fun, it's not a big issue to follow or even repeat. Or is it?

Well, for me, Perezhilton.com and Cocoperez.com have been my favorite for sooo long time (Teddyperez.com is sooo recommended for fabulous pet lover, and owner). When Mario Lavandeira is busy with everything else than blogging, I think it will influence the quality of his first-among-others successful specialty, blogging. He's really good at it. He enriches a specific part of my brain with many interesting news and knowledge. So, when he becomes (my assumption) a follower and copycat (remember, the post is not about something important. I will not say a word if it's about something hits or breakthrough a.k.a news), then I'm like, reordering. Is he still number one?

Perezhilton.com has been one of the most successful blog so far. IT IS the most successful blog, I think. When fashion bloggers born every hour and fashion reporting becomes massive, Mario opened a branch for Perezhilton named after a fashion icon, and there was it, Cocoperez.com. I really like it because, as I know, fashion is my passion, and then there's a fashion reporting which is really witty, dramatic, flippant, and harum-scarum sometimes-natures that were far from fashion media.  But he better watches out. Youngster fashion bloggers are getting closer to steal the crown...

Signorefandi, I've made a hard decision: no reordering. CocoPerez.com is still THE BEST...
