It's so rare to see Angelina Jolie these days on the cover of serious fashion magazine-I don't mean conceptless yet candid cover a la tabloid, coz she's everywhere if so. Vogue Turkey, which I never recognize before is having her on the cover.

Angelina Jolie photoshot by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott

I feel like, recalling my childhood the first time I watched Tomb Rider (yes, Tomb Rider series are my first Jolie memory), imagining a strong and decisive woman, standing out of men around her. She's also an inspiration for me to write a novel (working progress now). I figure her as the main character in it, with her distinctive personality. No need to mention how much she's spreading positive message to the world by her activities and duties regarding humanity project, and her role as a wife (fiancee?), a mother, a Hollywood icon (you can't do anything wrong in public, even just a glimpse). No doubt that she rocks in almost red carpet spread across the globe.

This cover itself, with two prolific photographer doing it, is a guarantee (even if the model were not Jolie) of success. With the sepia style, her bold style is even more stunning. She doesn't look at the camera like she did for other cover (Vanity Fair, Cosmopolitan, Glamour, Harper's Bazaar, Marie Claire, and even American Vogue), and she's still, amazing. I love it.
